    Foreclosure Prevention Meeting with counselor.

  • Home Buyer Development 180-Day Check-In (1 hr)

    Mortgage Readiness appointment for Home Buyer Development (Counseling) Milestone.

  • HomeBuyer Development Counseling Initial Appointment (1 hr 30 min)

  • Initial Loan Application Meeting (1 hr)

    The first meeting between the customer and a member of the lending team. Upon scheduling this appointment, the customer should be provided via email with a list of documents that they should either bring with them to their appointment or upload to the NWO prior to their appointment.

  • Online HBE Required 1-Hour Counseling Session (1 hr)

    This is a 1 hour, one on one session required of customers who complete the Home Buyer Education Course online. Customers cannot receive their certificate of completion for the HBE course until they attend this appointment.
